Are you struggling? Could you do with someone to talk to? Do you have a question or something that’s bugging you? Are you unsure of where to go for help?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, then the PODS helpline could be the answer. The helpline was initially set up in early 2020 in response to the Covid Pandemic, when many parent carers were feeling the affects of lockdown and the subsequent isolation and loneliness. To this day it has remained popular with parent carers ringing on a daily basis with an array of questions or just looking for someone to talk too.
If you can’t find the answer to your question, or you just want to talk it through with someone, or you need a bit of reassurance and support, that’s absolutely fine and what the team at PODS is here for, so pick up the phone and one of us will be happy to help.
01952 458047 or email support@podstelford.org
Calls will usually be answered between 9.30am – 2.30pm, sometimes we may be delivering in person support to a family and unable to answer, so if you are having trouble getting through please try again later or hang on the line and leave a voicemail.
