Room Hire T&Cs
- The premises shall not be deemed to be hired until written confirmation is sent from PODS.
- The hirer must ensure that all persons, equipment, goods and personal effects have left the building no later than the agreed hire end time.
- The hirer must not use the premises for any other purpose than stated on the booking form.
- If the hirer cancels hire within 24 hours of the date of hire, the hirer will be charged in full.
- The final invoice should be paid no later than 72 hours before hire.
- 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure required rooms.
- The hirer is responsible for any costs associated with loss or damage to the building’s fittings, fixtures and furnishing during the hire period.
- The hirer must leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition as it was found.
- The hirer is responsible for taking count/register of attending peoples to ensure safety and fire regulations are adhered too.
- The hirer will be responsible for the behaviour and actions of the attendees to the hirers event at all times.
- Children and vulnerable young adults must be accompanied when using the toilets.
- Any sessions involving children or vulnerable young adults, the hirer must have relevant safeguarding policy in place.
- PODS door codes must not be shared with anyone other than group leaders.
- A member of the hiring organisation must be present at all times during hire.
- All actions should adhere to PODS health & safety regulations.
- Please note that our premises and ground surrounding is a non-smoking environment.
- The hirer must have appropriate insurance and public liability for their activity.
